I had a lot of fun projects this week! I had an amazing time coming up with baked goods to pair with beer at a local brewery for a birthday party. Then I was happy to create these cow cupcakes for a gender reveal baby shower. Being able to bring happiness and share these life moments with you through my baked goods is an amazing honor. So thank you so much for your continued support of my small bakery!
Here are some pictures of the baked goods from this week! New items to be added to the menu are Oatmeal Cream Pies, Sugar Cookie Caramel Cups and Cow Cupcakes.
Bacon Cheddar and Scallion Scones- Crispy hickory smoked bacon with sharp cheddar cheese and scallions in a biscuit like dough cooked to golden brown and delicious.
Oatmeal Cream Pie-A sweet cream frosting sandwiched between two chewy oatmeal cookies.
Mini Sugar Cookie Caramel Cups- These mini cups are made with my sugar cookie dough baked to perfection and filled with a gooey caramel filling and topped with sea salt.
Cow Cupcakes. Based on the Highland cows these hairy cow cupcakes were a fun request. If you ever need a cupcake themed or flavored that is not listed on my website please ask. I am always up for a challenge.
Don't forget that the Cupcake Fundraiser is going on for the next two weeks! Get your orders in to try some really awesome cupcakes. This is the only time to try different 6 different flavors without having to order them by the dozen. Pick up and delivery is available, but please place your orders so you can get them on the dates you want them. Let's raise some money for AFTD!!!!
