This months charity!
Please meet Dean, my nephew. He was born with an extra chromosome or also known as Down Syndrome. Dean is an amazing little boy that I have loved watching grow and reach milestones. For March I have chosen a charity close to my heart, The Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network. This charity helps so many families that have a loved one with Down Syndrome.
