I was so lucky to cater desserts for a business retreat this February for over 300 people. I love being able to share my desserts for groups big or small. I am always researching and looking for new recipes to try out for the bakery. This year I am hoping to add some more mini desserts and new flavors to the bakery. Here is what I have in the works for this year:
mini peanut butter brownie cup- a brownie cup with a peanut butter ganache.
mini turtle brownie cup- a brownie cup with caramel and topped with toasted pecans and chocolate.
mini lemon bites- a mini lemon cake bite with lemon glaze.
mini red velvet cookie cup- a red velvet cookie cup with a white chocolate ganache.
mini brookies bites- chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies mixed together in a single bite.
mini raspberry almond tart- a almond flavored sugar cookie cup with raspberry filling and garnished with a toasted almond sliver.
turtle brownies (8x8 pan)- chocolate brownies topped with caramel, toasted pecans, and mini chocolate chips.
brookies (8x8 pan)- chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies mixed together to create a great texture and taste of brownies and cookies.
mini red velvet bundt cake- a red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese flavored glaze.
vanilla scone- a vanilla scone with a vanilla glaze
cherry almond scone- a almond flavored scone with tart cherries and an almond glaze.
apple cheddar scone- a simple scone filled with sweet apples and sharp cheddar cheese.
gingerbread scone- a gingerbread flavored scone with a cream cheese flavored glaze.
chocolate crinkle cookie- a soft and chewy chocolate cookie rolled in powdered sugar and baked.
lemon crinkle cookie- soft and chewy lemon cookie rolled in powdered sugar and baked.
Reese's pieces cookie- a peanut butter cookie with Reese's pieces.
